Online Private Sessions
I can work with you one-on-one to help explore a range of issues, including:
- yoga therapeutics for injuries or chronic difficulties
- developing a home practice, including a tailored sequence based on your goals and needs
- integrating yoga philosophy into your life on and off the mat
- deepening your practice with advanced areas of study
Sessions can be booked in 1 hour segments, and we can use WhatsApp, FaceTime or Skype for our sessions, all of which offer free international video calling.
