Room Occupancy and Rates

The retreat offers rates for single, double, and triple occupancy rooms.

Roommate Matching:

There are lower rates associated with shared rooms. To help you take advantage of these rates, we will make every effort to match you with compatible roommates. However, Karuna cannot guarantee roommate placement.

Occupancy and Responsibility for Rates:

If we cannot find roommates to fill a shared room (double or triple) to its full capacity, you will be responsible for the rate associated with the number of occupants in the room you booked.

Here's a breakdown of the key points:

• You can choose from single, double, or triple occupancy rooms.

• We will try to match you with roommates for shared rooms but cannot guarantee it.

• If we cannot find roommates, you will be responsible for the full rate of the room you booked (e.g., if you booked a double room but there's no one to share with, you'll pay the double occupancy rate). The same logic applies for the triple room.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations received before May 1st, you will receive a refund of any monies paid, less a $400 non-refundable reservation deposit.

• No refunds will be given if you cancel after May 1, 2024.

Karuna Center for Yoga & Healing Arts Spain reserves the right to cancel this retreat at any time due to natural disasters, global pandemics, global travel restrictions, world or political events, or for any unforeseen reason.  In this case, a full refund will be offered, minus the $400 non-refundable deposit.
